I tried the Sonic Decanter Just now. I thought that it was an impressive piece of work…that it changes wines in a way that I hadn’t expected! …the treatment makes the wines that have a fair amount of grip…the treatment makes the wine more soft…it makes the wine more gentle, more drinkable for sure! I’ve been in the wine industry for about 25 years. I think the Sonic Decanter will be valuable for people who in particular have opened a bottle of wine tasted it and felt that it was a little too assertive for them…to modify it just enough to make it a little more palatable.
